Rings on arms are tight

I ordered size xl of this top. I’m really happy with this top. But the ‘rings’ on the sleeve, made the sleeves just big enough for my arms to fit comfortably. Which is remarkable, because I did order a size up, just to make sure the tops would fit. My arms aren’t even that thick, just average thick for someone with size L/XL. Other than that, the top fits like an average size xl top would.
